All we ask is for a simple agreement (signed and returned to us) before P.P.A. DIRECT starts working for you. (see sample below)

Then, once you describe the work you want done, P.P.A. DIRECT will send you an itemised schedule of the work you have asked for. All you have to do is confirm that we've itemised it correctly and P.P.A. DIRECT will start.


SAMPLE AGREEMENT

1. The parties to this agreement are P.P.A. DIRECT ("PPA") and the person and/or company ("CLIENT") subscribing hereunder.

2. This agreement shall take effect from the date of signing of this agreement by the CLIENT and unless otherwise agreed shall last for twelve calendar months thereafter.

3. Upon instructions from the CLIENT, PPA shall create written schedules, itemising work which PPA is prepared to perform for and on behalf of the CLIENT. Each schedule shall state the following:-
3.1 The nature of the work to be performed.
3.2 The date and time by which the work is to be performed.
3.3 The cost of the work to be performed.
3.4 Payment instructions

4. In signing and returning a copy of a PPA schedule, the CLIENT hereby agrees to be indebted to PPA for the sums stated within that schedule upon work completion and to pay PPA within fourteen days of being sent an invoice from PPA for all work performed in accordance with that schedule.

5. The CLIENT hereby agrees to accept facsimile or e-mail copies of invoices and further agrees that the recording by PPA of a successful transmission of such electronically sent invoices shall be deemed as legal receipt of the same by the CLIENT at the time and date recorded within the PPA systems. Furthermore the CLIENT and PPA both agree that electronically transmitted material will be acceptable to both parties and legally binding upon them both.

6. In the event of any sums not being paid by the CLIENT to PPA within fourteen days of being invoiced by PPA, PPA may at their sole discretion, terminate this agreement with immediate effect. Nothing in such action shall reduce or relieve the CLIENT of their indebtedness to PPA for work performed up to that time.

7. While PPA will endeavour to perform all the work itemised within any schedule to an acceptable standard within the timescales stated therein, neither PPA nor its staff shall be responsible for any failure to do so, and the CLIENT hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PPA and its staff against any error, omission or non-performance in the scheduled work undertaken by PPA. Furthermore, the CLIENT agrees to indemnify and defend PPA and its staff for any actions taken by third parties arising from any work performed or not performed by PPA for and on behalf of the CLIENT.

8. This agreement shall be subject to English law and practice and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
